Note: Agentic AI interface currently works with OpenAI large language model only.

Prerequisites

  • The OpenAI key used for LLM integration with your Agentic virtual agent should have the text-embedding-3-small and text-embedding-3-large model enabled. Please check with your LLM administrator to ensure they are enabled.

SUVA Agentic AI

After creating a virtual agent in Agentic Experience and deploying it to source (website, Salesforce, etc), given below is how the Agentic AI interface looks like:

Your end-users can start by asking a query. They can create a new conversation by clicking New Chat and entering a query.

When a query is submitted, the responses are displayed as follows:

Clicking on Citation(s) redirects you to the source article/doc from where the answer has been generated.

To switch to the SearchUnify-powered search interface, click Search.

Clicking Home takes you to the Agentic Search interface.

Your end-users can share their feedback on the responses generated in the Agentic AI interface by clicking Thumbs-up or Thumbs-down based on if they liked or disliked a response.

Similar queries are shown in the People Also Ask section, where similar queries are listed that other users have asked.
