Install Virtual Agent(s) to Source Platforms - Agentic AI

After you've successfully added a Virtual Agent in SUVA, you have to complete the installation process by deploying the Virtual Agent to your website. Currently, Agentic AI only works for websites.

Prerequisites

• Create a new page on your website, where you want to deploy Agentic AI interface as it can only be deployed on a new blank page.

Installing Agentic AI Virtual Agent to a Website Page

1. Download the website Agentic Virtual Agent that you created.

   

2. Open the .zip file of the dowloaded virtual agent.

3. Now, open the readme.txt file. Follow the instructions given in the file to install the Agentic AI Virtual Agent to your website.

4. Copy the script given in readme.txt file and paste it in the header of your website page, where you will host the Agentic AI interface.

5. Save the changes.

Visit the website page, where you have deployed the Agentic AI virtual agent and you should be able to see the Agentic AI interface on your website.
