SUVA v23.01 Release Notes

SearchUnify’s M23 Release saw the launch of SUVA as a full-fledged product and a separate entity. Now, product development is going on in full swing to take the SUVA experience to the next level. Keeping that in mind, it’s been decided to go with the monthly releases for the product.

The Jan release sees the introduction of a new filter for SUVA analytics - Location. The chat window UI has seen some upgrades including animations and Rich Snippet fallback response.

Create Country-Specific Analytics Reports

A filter named ‘Select Location’ has been introduced in Analytics. SUVA admins can use this filter to generate country-wise reports. By default, all countries are selected, and admins can select or deselect countries.

Animation in the Chat Window

The chat window of SUVA sees a few upgrades. For a better user experience, the chat window buttons and responses have been animated.

Rich Snippets in Fallback Responses

The fallback responses are now more informative with the introduction of rich snippets. The snippets support text, images, and URLs. An example of rich snippet responses is as follows:
