SUVA Q3 ’25 Release Notes
We are pleased to announce the general availability of SUVA’s third quarterly release of the year - Q3 ’25. Some of the high points of this release include:
-
Multi-LLM Compatibility for Agentic Integration
-
Retaining Chat History on Page Refresh
Note: All the new functionalities and updates are specific to the Agentic Interface only in this release.
Key Highlights of SUVA Q3 ’25 Release
1. Multi-Cloud Agentic Integration
Users can now connect Agentic with multiple multi-cloud LLM service providers, such as Gemini, Azure, AWS, and OpenAI, simultaneously. This integration provides flexibility by allowing users to choose the most appropriate AI provider based on factors, such as performance, cost efficiency, and specific business requirements.
Known Issue
Response Relevance: The accuracy and style of responses may vary depending on the AI provider. For best relevancy and readability of AWS Claude, only Claude 3.5 or newer models are supported.
2. Retain Chat History on Page Refresh
The Q3 ’25 release introduces an update that ensures the active chat history remains intact even when the page is refreshed. Previously, chat conversations in the Agentic interface were lost upon page refresh.
The update allows users to continue their conversations without losing context. Chat history will only be cleared when the New Chat option is manually selected, ensuring an uninterrupted and seamless conversation flow for users.
Known Issue
Message Source (Citation) Display: While chat history is retained, the original message source (Citation) may not always be visible for all messages.
Other Updates
Salesforce Case URL Redirection: We’ve fixed an issue where the Salesforce case URLs in responses failed to redirect users to the correct page. Users can now directly access the intended Salesforce case from within the application. The change ensures seamless navigation and quicker resolutions.
