SUVA v23.02 Release Notes
The second month of 2023 witnessed continued innovation and development in SUVA. With the v23.02 release, some existing SUVA features have been upgraded either by improving the existing workflow or introducing new enhancements.
Following are the improvements that come to SUVA’s v23.02:

Track Users Behind Chat Session
Chat transcripts analytics report now involves a new column, User. This report lists a detailed overview of the sessions in which SUVA is used. The Chat Transcript report now tracks users if they are logged into the platform where SUVA is deployed. And the ‘User’ column lists the email address of the users.
This helps SUVA admins to put a context to and understand user behavior.

Admins have been provided with the Download button on the chat transcript report. You can now download the transcripts of the chat sessions.
