Administration
SUVA offers several features for managing your instance and users. There are two sections under the administration ; 1) Admin Logs and 2) User Management.
Admin Logs
Admin Logs is where you can track the admin activity in your SUVA instance. Through Admin Logs, you can trace changes in virtual agent. The data can viewed in your browser and/or can be downloaded as a .csv file. The default time period for which the data is presented is 30 days, but you can change it from Date Range.
Find Admin Logs
To view administrator activity, click on the drop-down button near your profile name and go to Administration -> Admin Logs (tab).
Under the Admin Logs tab, you will find seven :

Search Box. Look up logs by either email or activity name. In the next image, you can see the top results for the activity "search tuning."

Download Report. Download Admin Logs data (up to 10,000 rows) in the CSV format.

Date Range. View data for a custom time range.

User. Email of the user.

Activity Time. Date and time of the specific activity.

Section. View activity in one of the supported support sections: Intents, Analytics, Adapters.

Activity Information shows the navigation or the activity performed by a user. It also captures the details of the activity performed in the content source or search client sections.
User Management
SUVA is often used by different people and User Management helps defining access permissions to ensure flawless access hierarchy throughout the instance. You can add and remove users, and change their role.
Users roles in SUVA
There are two user roles defined in SUVA - Admin and Super Admin. A Super Admin has the power to add or remove users. Other than that, there is no difference in permissions of both Admins and Super Admins.
